Custom items are handmade specifically for you and typically ship within 10–14 business days.

Once a package leaves our possession, shipping carriers become responsible for damage that occurs during transit.

Krystal Bath Essentials is not responsible for cleaning fees, damages, or charges resulting from use in hotels, rental properties, or other commercial accommodations.
